“The love of God has been poured into our hearts by his Spirit living in us, alleluia.” Rom. 5:5;8:11

This print of the Holy Family includes God the Father at the top under the beer sign. It came from a Catholic school that closed in New York City. A Manhattan street vendor had it along with the beer sign for sale recently — forming an interesting composition.

“The present-day Church seems to repeat with ever greater ferver and with holy insistence: ‘Come, Holy Spirit!” Come! Come! “Heal our wounds, our strength renew; On our dryness pour Your dew; Wash the stains of guilt away; Bend the stubborn heart and will; melt the frozen, warm the chill; Guide the steps that go astray.” John Paul II Redemptor Hominis
